I actually haven't started yet, but I've thought about it a lot if that counts for anything. I am kind of weirded out that we have less than a month to go, to be honest.Kat is new; how does she get invited to join the blog?

Who are we? We'll we're the Peace Corps crew headed to Benin in July 2005. We'll be gone two years and 3 months. This blog is us figuring out what in the heck we're doing in the meantime.

Hey Everyone,
I really suggest a solar powered battery recharger, if you don't already have one. Batteries become a problem later on, and electricity should never be counted on - it is just a pleasant suprise.
Bringing your own pillow and sheets is a great thing. I was the only one out of 30 PC girls in Morocco that brought my own pillow, and it was nice.
